FOOD FOR DIABETES WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES The
best food for a diabetic is what is natural food and not what is manufactured.
You need unprocessed food, you need more fruits and leafy vegetables.
Using these foods I'm going to tell you in this article will help you get the nutrients you need while at the same time reducing the risk of diabetes, including the risk of heart disease.
Yes, not only are these foods on your list the ones you should be eating, but incorporating these foods into your daily diet will help you improve your overall health.
If you are already following a healthy diet with fruits, leafy vegetables and eating unprocessed foods I would like to congratulate you in advance. You are on the road to a healthier and longer life and are moving toward steps to control your weight and the amount of sugar in your blood.
These foods I am going to discuss not only have enough fiber, minerals, vitamins and antibodies, but also these foods are readily available in our environment and are available at affordable prices.
Eat dona porridge and avoid sembe porridge, if it is bread use whole wheat bread, drink plenty of water without forgetting to engage in physical activity every day.
Diabetes is a behavioral disorder, the result of what you eat and drink every day.
There are people who do not believe that you can recover from Diabetes but if you decide to eat the right foods for a long time, be busy with exercise every day, drink enough water every day and use enough salt in your daily diet recovery becomes normal.
There are all sorts of misconceptions and misinformation about diabetes, however it is a common disease that should not be a mystery to you if you are willing to learn facts and new things to gain new and true understanding.
Diabetes is not a disease that continues to suffer from them for years and these foods I have not written so that it will be your diet for all years, of course this is only for a short time when you have diabetes and while struggling to make sure you recover and not be a slave to choose to eat this or that.
Type 2 diabetes is when insulin becomes free (insulin-
indirect) or available but the pancreas does not produce it and so a chemical must be used to force the pancreas to release insulin.
Type 2 diabetes begins to develop within the age of 40 and is the result of many years of unhealthy eating habits, lack of exercise or hereditary factors (genetics).
Unfortunately, these days we are witnessing even young children getting this type of diabetes. People with type 2 diabetes are also overweight.
Diabetes mellitus type 2
1. Apples (Apple)
There is a white saying: 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away', which means eating one apple a day removes the need for a doctor, especially a cardiologist.
Eating just one apple a day for 4 weeks can reduce bad cholesterol by up to 40 percent. There are a variety of toxins in apples that you can't find anywhere else and that's what makes this fruit the most important fruit to be used by a diabetic every day.
This sweet fruit has been shown to provide great protection for people with diabetes especially type 2 diabetes. One small apple juice contains 3 grams of fiber, fiber is another important factor for a diabetic.
Remember also but one apple contains 15 grams of carbohydrates so do not eat more than one a day.
2. Parachichi
Avocados are known to have good fat for the heart (monounsaturated fat).
Such fats as apricot kernels can balance cholesterol levels, can reduce the risk of heart disease and thus be a good fruit for a diabetic.
Avocado is a very good fruit for a person suffering from type 2 diabetes.
Avocado is a fruit that because of its good fat, because one apricot can have up to 16 grams of fat should be considered as fat.
At the same time one avocado contains 2 grams of fiber and 2 grams of carbohydrates.
You can eat the avocado itself as it is, you can add it to various pickles or drink its juice every day.
3. Beans
Beans are one of the most amazing fruits or vegetables most people do not know.
What I want to let you know through this article is that beans have enough fiber (fiber) for your daily needs and not only that beans have the best quality protein that is not as harmful as animal and these are the reasons why beans are a very good food for a person with diabetes and high blood pressure as well.
Also, consuming high-fiber foods reduces your risk of having a stroke.
It is recommended that you get at least 25 grams of fiber daily. One cup of cooked beans contains up to 9 grams of fiber.
It is recommended for people with diabetes to eat 25 to 30 grams of young green beans, real butter and salt 15 minutes before going to bed, this will help lower blood sugar when they wake up in the morning.
These beans contain small amounts of carbohydrates (carbs), and large amounts of protein, magnesium and amino acids called 'tryptophan' to carry the body overnight.
Try to use beans as the main source of protein every day and the best part is that they are available at a cheaper price compared to meat or fish.
4. Carrots
cooked or fresh are good vegetables to be added to any diet. Carrots are high in vitamin A, the most important antibiotic 'beta-carotene'.
Vitamin A is very important for eye problems, cancer prevention and immunity are two very important things for a person suffering from Diabetes.
According to various studies, beta-carotene has the potential to prevent diabetes, especially type 2 diabetes.
Prefer to chew more raw carrots and not cooked for good results.
5. Fish
Fish is the best food for a diabetic. Fish have omega 3 which is good for someone who wants to avoid cholesterol and diabetes in general.
Omega 3 is also good for a person with high blood pressure and reduces the risk of memory loss and dementia.
However, I advise you to use local fish in Tanzania and not foreign ones as some are caught in a way that is not safe for health.
Eat fish regularly if you are suffering from diabetes.
6. Onion fasting
Onion fasting is a good ingredient in food because of its pleasant aroma and at the same time is a very good remedy for various diseases in the body including diabetes.
Onion has been used for many years to treat cholesterol, heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer. These are the reasons why fasting onion is a good food for a person with diabetes
.
Chop 3 onion seeds fasting and drink two cups of water as you take other common medications every time you go to bed.
Once you have cut them, it is advisable to leave them in the air for 10 minutes before swallowing for best results.
7. Watermelon
If you get the urge to eat or drink anything tasty especially in the store then you rush to eat watermelon or even its juice.
As with tomatoes, watermelon also contains a very important antibody (lycopene) that can help protect you against certain cancers and cell damage related to heart disease.
Watermelon is also good for a person with cholesterol.
8. Seed seeds
Seed seeds are the best foods for a person with Diabetes. Most seeds contain omega 3 fats, fiber (fiber), vitamin E. These substances are important for a person with diabetes, especially type 2 diabetes.
Because these seeds do not need a refrigerator they are easy to carry wherever you are.
With that I remind you to eat by weighing before you eat so that you do not eat too much if you will be pulling directly out of the basket.
The seeds I am talking about here include pumpkin seeds, cashews, nuts, almonds, sunflowers etc. The
filling of one cup of coffee a day for these seeds is enough.
Avoid these seeds with too much salt, or too much sugar or added chocolate because they add carbohydrates, energy and salt to things that are not very good for a diabetic.
9. Red
onions Onion juice is a good source of antioxidants, fiber, and folate are very good things for heart health.
Water onions contain a very important detoxifier called 'flavonoid' which fights against cancer and other diseases in the respiratory system such as asthma.
If you can always eat garlic juice in a pickle and not wash it with salt, its bitterness is its own remedy.
And the water onions I'm talking about here are the red ones.
10. Red pepper
Red hot peppers are common green peppers but are left in the field to mature for longer. Red hot peppers contain essential nutrients, including antibodies to vitamin C, lycopene and beta-carotene.
They also contain vitamins A and C which together promote good health and reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes and some cancers.
You may be on a diet with multivitamins but studies show that those pills do not work as well as if you eat whole foods like the ones I describe in this article.
11. Spinach
Spinach is a good food for you. You probably already know that spinach contains many vitamins and minerals.
Spinach contains vitamins C, A, folate and beta-carotene. One bowl of spinach a day is enough for you. Spinach is also good for protecting cells from opportunistic infections that lead to chronic diseases and premature aging.
People who eat green leafy vegetables receive more than 14 percent protection against diabetes, especially those with type 2 diabetes.
Spinach is readily available in almost every part of Tanzania and at very affordable prices.
12. Tomatoes
Tomatoes are a good source of vitamins C and A, they also contain a very important toxin called lycopene. Tomatoes are a good food against various cancers especially the testicles.
The good news is that lycopene detoxification is directly related to the control of heart disease.
Tomatoes have been proven to be effective against infections because they contain two important nutrients known as 'carotenoids' and 'bioflavonoids' which are also responsible for reducing the risk of heart disease a disease that afflicts people in recent years.
In this case, the best tomatoes are the cooked ones that have more lycopene than fresh tomatoes.
I still advise you not to use canned or store-bought tomatoes.
13. Yogurt
Yogurt is another good food for you. It is a good source of calcium that helps to strengthen the health of your bones and teeth as well as build and strengthen the functions of muscles and blood vessels.
It is also a good source of vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and protein.
Yogurt contains good bacteria for your health especially for boosting the digestive system and strengthening the immune system.
Yogurt is good for someone who wants to protect themselves from even treating type 2 diabetes.
Yogurt lowers cholesterol and makes special vitamins that help control diabetes. Vitamin D, calcium and magnesium in yogurt are the things that make yogurt a good food for a person with type 2 diabetes.
Importantly, although yogurt is a good food for you you should still not consume more than one cup a day (quarter liter), it is also important to have yogurt prepared at home rather than in the store and at the same time if you buy it in the store make sure you do not add anything in it and have little or no fat.
